Mr. Duehr is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of the European Transaction Business Unit of Ingenico, S.A., the world’s leading provider of payment solutions, enabling banks and merchants to manage their payment activities across all sales channels (in-store, on-line and mobile).
Prior to that he held senior Risk Management positions in Financial Institutions in New York with a strong focus on liaising between the U.S. based entities and their German parent companies.
In his entrepreneurial ventures Mr. Duehr set up a private equity real estate Company and also collaborated with a Los Angeles based away-from-home Media Company in defining and employing its business plan.
He started his career with KPMG Consulting in Munich, Germany where he advised Financial Institutions (Post-M&A integration) and CFO of large corporations.
Mr. Duehr graduated from University of Wurzburg, Germany in 1999 with a Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor in Economics.
Through his involvement in various associations (e.g. German American Chamber of Commerce) and his extensive personal network Mr. Duehr became a strong and passionate advocate of German American relations.
