GERMAN-AMERICAN HALL OF FAME

The German-American Hall of Fame (GAMHOF) is proud to salute our 2012 inductee, President Donald J. Trump, on the occasion of his second presidential inauguration this week.

“In 2012, the GAMHOF Board of Trustees was proud to induct private citizen Donald Trump into our Hall of Fame, based on his remarkable career in building and managing an international empire of residential buildings, hotels, and other major structures while hosting one of America’s most popular television programs from 2004 to 2015,” noted GAMHOF Chairman Ralf G. Bahr. He added that ‘the GAMHOF Board of Trustees congratulates President Trump on his second election and inauguration and wishes him every success as president of the United States.”

Trump’s paternal grandparents emigrated from Kallstadt, located in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of southwest Germany.

The first U.S. president to be inducted into GAMHOF was President Dwight D. Eisenhower, an original inductee in 2007.

The German-American Hall of Fame is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization registered in New York.
